Marina Bozilenko

Ms. Bozilenko has served as our director since March 2021. She has more than 30 years of investment banking and other healthcare industry experience, including raising more than $30 billion in capital and executing numerous M&A transactions. Since June 2021, Ms. Bozilenko has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the board of directors at Biothea Pharma, Inc. Since February 2021, she has served as a strategic advisor to William Blair & Company, a firm she joined in 2010 as head of biotech and pharma and as Managing Director.
Prior to that, Ms. Bozilenko worked at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. as a Senior Managing Director in the healthcare group, at Bank of America Securities as a Managing Director and head of biotechnology, and at Vector Securities International, where she was a partner. She was also a Principal at Kidd & Company, a private-equity firm.
Ms. Bozilenko received her Bachelor of Arts degree in molecular biology and Master of Arts degree in economic history from the University of Chicago.
